Emotional Endurance Program Overview
You know that your work takes a toll on your mental health - but do you know what to do about it?
Our support program fills that gap. The initial training teaches you how to build the plan, and the support options help keep you on track. Kind of like trail markers, a cheerleader, and an ass-kicker all wrapped into one tidy program.
What’s the goal?
My goal is to support you the way you support others. I want to teach you the skills that will help you survive this job and then cheer you along the way.
I’ve developed a program that is specific to the stress of your work and flexible as your needs change.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Everything starts with the online training. We need a shared foundation of tools and language.
For some, the online training is enough. Simply learning how to manage your central nervous system and build a system to protect it can be an absolute game-changer.
Get Started:
For others, a higher level support is needed. Following completion of the course, you will get an invite to join the support tiers that are outlined below.
Support Plan Pricing
The tiers below are designed to be flexible. Life is complicated and our needs change, so the program will change with you.
Additional Support
Based on the program tier, members have access to these additional sources of support. Dates, times, and costs are shared with members at the beginning of each month.
-
Depending on the month, one or more of these might be available:
Balancing the House: An online training that walks couples through a discussion about managing chores, parenting, and other household considerations. Participants do not interact or see each other, but can anonymously ask questions.
Balancing the Bills: Just like chores, money can be a major source of tension in a relationship. This is not a training on actually balancing the budget, but a guided discussion that will help couples better understand each other.
Leadership Round-Table: Leading others is challenging. This round-table discussion will be a place for leaders to connect and brainstorm. **Invite only.
Special Interest Meet-Ups: Depending on member interests, Shannon will facilitate some times to either learn a skill or meet each other. For example, a meet-up where members who like to fish can join a fly-tying course.
-
Grooup coaching will be offered several times each month. Each session will focus on guiding participants through updating their resilience routine for their current stressors.
-
Due to space limitations, only program members can book additional therapy and coaching sessions.
