Now that we've identified the gap, let's build the plan.
Emotional Endurance is a 9-week program that gives you the tools, the language, and a personalized plan to stay ahead of the job.
Strength doesn't just happen. It's a series of decisions. This is where you start.
Most first responders wait until something breaks before they do anything about it. This program is for the ones who don't want to wait.
Over 9 weeks, you'll move through three modules — Understand, Assess, and Adapt — and walk away with something most people never have: a resilience routine that was actually built for you. Not a generic self-care checklist. Not a breathing exercise somebody googled.
Your system. For your life. For this job.
Three Phases of Training
Each module will help you assess your own well-being and develop the skills and tools that you need to work remain strong.
-
The foundation. How trauma, grief, compassion fatigue, and moral injury actually work. How to understand where your stress is coming from and what it's doing to you.
-
Your nervous system, your bucket, and how to read both. Learn to gauge where you are and what you need — not in theory, but in real time.
-
Building the actual routine. Goals, iteration, the basics, and how to make it stick. By week 9, you submit your personalized Resilience Routine Plan.
Pick Your Path
Every tier ends with the same deliverable: a personalized Resilience Routine built by you, yours to keep and actually use, plus the language and self-awareness to keep refining it long after the program ends.

Maybe. Maybe not. Some folks just need the right framework and a little guidance to get back on track. Others need more support around trauma, communication patterns, or other areas - and that's okay too. Either way, by the end of this program you'll have a much clearer picture of exactly what you need, which saves a lot of time and money when you go looking for it.
-
Probably not. This program is built for skill-building, not crisis support. If you're in a dark place right now, it's worth connecting with a qualified clinician in your area first. This program will still be here when you're ready. Here is a link to crisis-specific resources.

Yes — with one caveat: we take confidentiality seriously. If you're purchasing for a group, we'll provide completion numbers but no identifying information about individual participants. Email shannon@stackofstones.com for details.

No and no. This is a structured training program, not therapy. There's a time and place for digging into trauma and your past — but right now we're focused on tools for the stress that shows up on a standard Tuesday. The deeper work can come later, and when you're ready for it, you'll have a much clearer picture of what you actually need. Right now, we're building tools.
