Now that we've identified the gap, let's build the plan.

Relationship Endurance is a 9-week program that gives first responder couples the tools, the language, and a shared plan to stay connected when the job makes it hard.

Strong relationships require deliberate maintenance.

The job doesn't just affect the person wearing the uniform. It affects everyone at home. And most couples don't fall apart because they stopped caring — they fall apart because they never had the tools to navigate what this work actually does to a relationship.

Over 9 weeks, you'll move through three modules — Understand, Assess, and Adapt — and walk away with something most couples never build: a shared Resilience Routine that works for both of you.

Not a communication worksheet. Not a date night suggestion. A real system for your real life.

Either partner can enroll. Both are welcome. The more you do it together, the better it works.

Three Phases of Training

Each phase will help you assess your own well-being and communicate it with your partner. We will work together to develop the skills and tools that you need to work as a team.

Pick Your Path

Each option below ends with the same deliverable: a shared Resilience Routine Plan built by you, designed for the life you're actually living, plus the language to keep the conversation going long after the program ends.

Trail Map

Self-paced. The full relationship curriculum broken into small, daily bite-sized pieces you can move through on your own schedule. Eight weeks if you stay consistent, longer if life gets in the way. Includes couples-specific homework and a joint discussion assignment each week.

Available year-round — no need to wait for the next cohort.

Right for you if: you're self-directed, learn best in small daily doses, and don't need accountability to stay on track.
