WELCOME TO
THE PROTECTED HOME PROJECT
Protect the Relationship That Protects Everything Else
A coaching and education program for first responder couples who want to stay strong, connected, and healthy through the demands of service life.
You train for the job.
You prepare for emergencies.
You build systems for performance.
But most couples were never taught how to protect their relationship under chronic stress.
Long shifts. Trauma exposure. Emotional exhaustion. Parenting pressure. Household overload. Constant transitions.
Even good people with strong values can drift apart when life runs hard enough.
The Protected Home Project exists to change that.

You don’t want to wait until things fall apart before getting support.
You want to build something strong now.
What Stronger Homes Feel Like
We communicate without everything turning into conflict.
We feel like teammates again.
We understand stress sooner and respond better.
We reconnect faster after hard seasons.
We have a plan instead of just hoping things improve.
Home feels steadier, safer, and stronger.
