Refuel Options

Each of these three options will help you stay fueled on your journey. Whether you need encouragement or a little kick in the ass, each of the options below offers consistent support.


Email Support

For many clients, all they need is a little reminder to keep them on track. Once you’ve built your resilience routine, our email support program is an easy way to keep it up to date.

Exploratory Session

If you would like to work with Shannon for either coaching or therapy, the process starts with an exploratory session. In this 90-minute session we will discuss what is going on and how she can best be a support.

Ongoing Coaching

Coaching plans are a great way to help you stay on the right path. Coaching can be used for:

  • Processing through current sources of stress

  • Adjusting your resilience routine for current stressors and needs

  • Debriefing difficult calls/scenes
