Welcome to the Calibration Academy pilot project! Let’s start with what the research taught me.

I'm excited about what a recent research project helped me understand, and it is guiding how I build this new project. To start, watch the 17-minute video below to understand what I learned and how it will impact you.

Why am I being invited to this?

You're seeing this page because you were personally invited either by me or someone I trust.

That video usually points people to my 30-Day Compass Check. For you, it's different: you're invited to join something new, Calibration Academy.

I'm running a small pilot of this new format with a group of trusted, motivated people. That means it's priced well below what it'll eventually cost, since you're helping me test and shape it, and it's invite-only on purpose, not posted anywhere public.

You just learned about the one-degree miscalibration, and the Invisible Equation that quietly keeps guardians stuck at "not yet, I'll be fine."

Calibration Academy is where you find exactly where you're one degree off, and build a way to keep that equation from knocking you off course again.

What will I walk away with?

You'll understand yourself better, how the pressures around you, at work and at home, are changing your calibration, and why you respond the way you do.

You'll know how to build a Calibration Protocol that fits your actual life. And more importantly, you'll know how to keep adjusting it as life changes, because it will, and it shouldn't just be a one-and-done fix.

And perhaps most importantly, you have the chance to start building a calibration team.

Wait, what do you mean by team?

Don’t panic, you don’t need to talk to strangers if you don’t want to.

Ideally, I would like this program completed in teams of two. It can be you and your significant other, you and a coworker, you and a friend. If you prefer to complete it on your own, that’s ok too.

How does it work?

This is a six week program, running from October 12th through November 20th, when all homework and materials will wrap up in time for Thanksgiving week.

It will include:

  1. One live training every Monday from October 12th to November 16th. Everyone invited has different schedules, so the trainings will also be recorded if you can’t attend live.

  2. Weekly homework assignments to help you process and plan. Nothing crazy, the homework should take less than 10 minutes and can either be written or a voice memo. Homework will only be submitted to me, not your teammate.

  3. I’ll respond to your homework with personalized guidance or questions to help you clarify your needs.

  4. Each lesson will also include questions for discussion with your teammate.

By the end of the program, you will have a full framework for maintaining calibration.

What do I have to commit to?

This is designed to be an easy lift that fits into the stress of your life, but I am also going to ask that you commit to doing the work.

  1. The video and homework should take less than 45 minutes per week, with the exception of the final week, when I will need about an hour.

  2. Homework isn't required, but I'd strongly encourage you to submit it. Putting your answers into words forces you to actually sit with the material, and sending it to me builds in the accountability that makes it stick.

  3. You heard it in the video, you can't recalibrate in your own head. Setting aside focused, dedicated time with your teammate isn't required, but I highly recommend it. That's how you bring in the outside perspective that real calibration actually needs.

  4. Because this is a pilot, I also ask that you are willing to give me blunt feedback on any of the tech or material that is confusing, etc.

  5. Cost: The discounted rate for this pilot program is $250/team.

Well hot damn, how do I get started?

I’m really excited about this new program and can’t wait to have you on board!

We are going to start with a brief application. I want to make sure the program is the right fit before we dive in. I’ll review your application and send you an email with signup information once that’s confirmed.

The application takes two minutes: three quick questions plus your contact info.

Questions? Feel free to shoot me an email at shannon@stackofstones.com.

Please note, this program, and the one-on-one options available afterward, are not designed for anyone currently in crisis or experiencing high levels of distress. Both are built for steady, proactive calibration, not urgent or acute support.
