Our skills training program is meant to follow our Mental Readiness Challenge and is a good option if you need more support.

Perhaps the Challenge helped you identify that you’ve spent years ignoring your central nervous system and are having trouble resetting it, or the stress of life is making it hard to build your routine - it’s ok to pull in some backup.

Shannon will work with you to untangle your experiences and mental health needs, giving you the feedback and guidance you need to get on the right track.

Skills Coaching Package
$500.00

Our skills coaching package will help you build tactical, personalized mental health skills. This package includes three coaching sessions, with the goal of completing all sessions within 30 days.

Specific, tactical, actionable.

Our skills program will teach you what you need, then send you on your way. We will walk through a specific curriculum, while simultaneously adjusting it to your individual needs and experiences. Our goal is that you finish the program empowered and focused, knowing exactly how to protect your mental health.

The program is designed for those who serve as first responders or in healthcare, deathcare, or social services. We will address the specific stress that comes with those roles.

Looking for relationship support?

Our relationship coaching program is designed to help couples deal with the stress of one or both partners doing guardian work. It is built on the same foundation as the individual coaching program, with some additional work around communication, conflict management, and whatever other stresses you are facing.

  • Yes, either the Readiness Challenge or a different form* of our resilience trainings is required. All of our program are designed to build upon one another. If you have any questions, feel free to set a free consult call with Shannon to discuss.

    *For example, if your organization has hired Shannon to train you directly.

  • We will do three coaching sessions in a 30 day period. Depending on your goals, additional months can be added once we finish the initial package.

  • Yes! As long as your relationship is stable, coaching is a great way to strengthen your communication and partnership. Please set a consult call with Shannon prior to committing, just to make sure this is the right fit.

  • Oh yes. The bulk of coaching growth happens between sessions when you practice the skills we discuss. You will have homework between each session, tailored to your needs.

  • Coaching is a great start. We will build the foundational skills you need to manage your wellness, then we can discuss how to best tackle the trauma. We provide EMDR intensives, which might be a good option. Or we can discuss finding a good clinician to help you with the process.

  • Yes. We don’t want finances to impede mental wellness, so we have a scholarship fund available. Depending on the funds available and your needs, we can work together to find a solution. Note that maximum scholarship funding is 75% of treatment. We’ve found that “skin in the game” is essential to a successful outcome.
